此次升級(jí)改造后的鋼化爐主要用于生產(chǎn)大版面彎鋼、L型彎鋼、干法夾層類彎鋼、門窗建筑彎鋼、淋浴房彎鋼等產(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定、可靠，鋼化質(zhì)量一致性非常好，其弓形、波形品控范圍，完全符合外貿(mào)出口歐美等國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The upgraded tempering furnace is mainly used for the production of large plate bending steel, L-shaped bending steel, dry sandwich bending steel, door and window construction bending steel, shower room bending steel and other products, the product is stable, reliable, tempering quality consistency is very good, its bow, waveform quality control area, fully in line with foreign trade export Europe and the United States and other national standards.

隨著生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的不斷提升，彎鋼玻璃產(chǎn)品的尺寸、弧長(zhǎng)、半徑也隨之更加豐富，在加工能力方面，公司實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑類彎鋼最小半徑1000mm，2440*5000版面穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)，可滿足超高層弧形幕墻的整片安裝需求；工藝精度上淋浴房小彎段最小半徑450mm，滿足了衛(wèi)浴隔斷、異形觀景窗等產(chǎn)品的流暢線條設(shè)計(jì)；同步推出最小半徑450mm的L型彎鋼，為建筑轉(zhuǎn)角、藝術(shù)裝置等特殊場(chǎng)景提供一站式解決方案。

With the continuous improvement of production technology, the size, arc length and radius of curved steel and glass products are also more abundant. In terms of processing capacity, the company realises the minimum radius of curved steel in buildings of 1000mm and stable production of 2440*5000 sides, which can meet the installation requirements of the whole piece of curved curtain wall in super high-rise buildings. The minimum radius of the small bend section of the upper shower room is 450mm, which meets the smooth line design of bathroom partition, shaped picture window and other products; at the same time, L-shaped steel with a minimum radius of 450mm is introduced, providing one-stop solutions for special scenes such as building corners and art installations.
